Legalizations – arbitrary settlements – engineer’s certificate

According to paragraph 1 of article 82 of Official Gazette 167/03.11.2017:

  • It is prohibited and absolutely void to transfer or create a real right in a property on which an arbitrary construction has been carried out or an arbitrary change of use has been installed.
  • It is not allowed to lease and grant real estate in which arbitrary construction has been carried out or arbitrary change of use has been installed.

Therefore, our office undertakes cases of regulation of urban planning violations and their inclusion in the information system.

Required documents:

  1. Contract or title deed
  2. Recent E9
  3. Identity
  4. Building permit
  5. Copies of approved plans (plans, elevations, sections, topography)

**in the event that there are no copies of approved plans, our office undertakes to collect them from the competent building authority to which the property belongs.

After collecting the supporting documents, it is necessary to autopsy of the property for the exact mapping of the unauthorized constructions.
